不同目标倾向对大学生择业效能感的影响:领悟社会支持的中介作用

Influence of Different Goal Orientations on College Students’ Career Decision-making Self-efficacy: Mediating Role of Perceived Social Support

采用目标倾向量表、领悟社会支持量表和择业效能感量表,以493名大学生为被试,考察目标倾向、领悟社会支持和择业效能感之间的关系。结果发现:掌握目标倾向能显著预测大学生择业效能感,而成就目标倾向对择业效能感不存在显著预测作用;领悟社会支持可以正向预测大学生择业效能感;领悟社会支持在掌握目标倾向、成就目标倾向与大学生择业效能感的关系中均起到中介作用。

The paper explores the relationship among goal orientation, perceived social support and career decision-making self-efficacy, investigating 493 college students by using goal orientation scale, understanding social support scale, and career self-efficacy scale. The results show that learning goal orientation can significantly predict college students′ career decision-making self-efficacy, whereas the performance goal orientation has no significant predictive effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. And perceived social support can positively predict college students′ career decision-making self-efficacy. The mediatory effects of perceived social support exist in the relationship among learning goal orientation, performance goal orientation and career decision-making self-efficacy.
