黄野螟成虫触角电镜观察及其对7种杀虫剂的EAG反应 被引量:2

摘要 黄野螟(Heortia vitessoides)是土沉香(Aquilaria sinensis)的重要食叶害虫。本文利用扫描电镜技术对黄野螟雌、雄成虫触角进行观察,利用触角电位技术分析触角对7种杀虫剂的电位反应。结果表明:黄野螟成虫触角长8600~9100μm,雌雄触角均为线状,感受器主要有毛形感器、鳞形感器、腔锥感器、刺形感器、耳形感器和栓锥形感器6种。其中毛形感器分布最广、数量最多。黄野螟雄虫的毛形感器在数量上多于雌虫。在触角电位检测中,雌雄黄野螟成虫存在差异,黄野螟雄成虫对乙多·甲氧虫酰肼的反应相对平均值最大;黄野螟雌成虫对苏云金杆菌的反应相对平均值最大。 Heortia vitessoides is an important leaf pest of Aquilaria sinensis. The scanning electron microscopy technique was used to observe the tentacles of female and male H. vitessoides adults and tentacle potential technique was used to analyze the potential responses of tentacles to 7 kinds of insecticides. Results showed that tentacles length of H. vitessoides adults were 8 600 ~ 9 100 μm,male and female tentacles were linear. The sensory receptors of the antenna were mainly sensilla trichodea,sensilla squamiformia,sensilla coeloconica, sensillum chaetica, sensilla auricillica and sensilla styloconica, and sensilla trichodea was the most widely distributed and the largest. Furthermore,numbers of sensilla trichodea in males were more than those in females. In the antennal potential test,there were differences between male and female adults. The relative average value of response to Spinetoram+Methoxyfenozide of male H. vitessoides adults was the largest. The relative mean value of the female H. vitessoides adults to Bacillus thuringiensis was the highest.
