摘要
为考察酸雨处理对刨花润楠(Machilus pauhoi)苗木的影响,分别设置不同pH值的硫酸型、硝酸型和混合型酸雨处理,以清水为对照,测定苗木生长指标,采用苗木质量指数评价刨花润楠苗木质量。结果表明:不同pH值的硫酸型、硝酸型和混合型酸雨处理对刨花润楠幼苗株高及地径的生长具有普遍的促进作用,对生物量积累没有明显的影响,改变了根系形态,使根系变得更短更粗。苗木质量指数(QI)评价结果表明,不同处理的QI排列顺序为硝酸型2.5>硫酸型4.0>对照>硫酸型2.5>混合型4.0>硝酸型5.6>硫酸型5.6>硝酸型4.0>混合型2.5>混合型5.6。
In order to investigate effects of acid rains on growth of Machilus pauhoi seedlings,different pH values of sulfuric acid type,nitric acid type and mixed type acid rain treatments were set up. Growth indexes of seedlings were measured and used water as control. Seedling quality was evaluated by the quality index. Results showed that different pH values of sulfuric acid,nitric acid and mixed type could promote height and ground diameter of seedling,and could not make significant effects on biomass,which made root much shorter and thicker. The seedling quality index(QI) evaluation results showed the order of different acid rain treatments was nitric acid (pH 2.5)> sulfuric acid(pH 4.0)> CK > sulfuric acid(pH 2.5)> mixed type (pH 4.0)> nitric acid (pH 5.6)> sulfuric acid (pH 5.6)> nitric acid (pH 4.0)> mixed type (pH 2.5)> mixed type(pH 5.6).
