基于AHP-综合指数法的高校校园景观舒适度评价——以中国农业大学(烟台)为例

University Campus Landscape Comfort Evaluation Based on AHP-Comprehensive Index Method——Taking China Agricultural University (Yantai) as an Example

为对中国农业大学(烟台)校园景观进行科学合理的量化评价,采用层次分析法(AHP法)和综合指数法,从景观设计原则出发,以功能性、生态性、美观性、文化性为4个准则层因子,并进一步细化出17个评价层因子,建立景观评价模型;并经过实地调查,抽取有代表性的样地进行问卷调查统计,最后对校园总体景观进行舒适度得分评价和综合评价等级分析。结果表明,中国农业大学(烟台)校区总体景观舒适度评价等级为Ⅲ级,景观舒适度一般;生态性所占权重为0.2963,在景观设计因素中最为重要;其次是功能性和文化性,权重依次为0.2649和0.2309;最低的是美观性,权重为0.2078。研究结果为大学校园景观建设提供理论依据。

In order to evaluate the campus landscape of China Agricultural University (Yantai) rationally, the landscape evaluation model was established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP method) and comprehensive index method with functional,ecological,aesthetic and cultural characteristics and 17 evaluation factors in accordance with the principle of landscape design. After field investigation,representative sample plots are taken for questionnaire survey and statistics,and score of comfort evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of overall campus landscape were analyzed. Results showed that the overall landscape comfort evaluation level of China Agricultural University (Yantai) campus was grade III,the landscape comfort was general;the ecological weight is 0.296 3,which was the most important factor in landscape design,followed by functional and cultural with the weight of 0.264 9 and 0.230 9,respectively. The lowest was aesthetic,and the weight was 0.207 8. The research result provided theoretical basis for the construction of university campus landscape.
