摘要
基于水安全压力、状态、响应的PSR概念模型选择21项典型指标,然后根据流域水环境状况建立的多指标评价体系和物元评判模型,综合评价了柳河流域水安全状态。研究表明:多指标物元综合评判模型能够较好的反映当地水资源实际状况,在水安全评价过程中呈现出较强的可行性与科学性;柳河流域属于兼顾管理型与资源型缺水区域,为实现人水和谐相处应加快建立水资源安全保障体系和供给与高效利用体系,可为柳河流域水资源与社会经济协调、健康发展提供一定参考。
Twenty-one typical indicators were selected based on PSR conceptual model of water security pressure, state and response, and then a multi-index evaluation system and matter-element evaluation model were established to evaluate the water security status of Liuhe River Basin comprehensively. The research shows that the multi-index matter-element comprehensive evaluation model can better reflect the actual situation of local water resources, showing strong feasibility and scientificalness in the process of water security evaluation;Liuhe River Basin belongs to the water shortage area taking both managemen t and resources into account. In order to achieve the harmonious coexistence of human and water resources, it is necessary to speed up the establishment of water resources security system and supply and efficient utilization system, which can provide some reference for water resources, social and economic harmonized and healthy development of the Liuhe river basin.
