Ethic Risk and Social Organizations’ Relief: Reasons and Strategies for Difficult Financing in Private SMEs

民营中小企业融资难一直是我国经济发展中的一个难题。除了外部环境因素的制约以外,部分民营企业家自身的不诚信也是重要原因之一。近年来雨后春笋般涌现出来的社会组织,利用传统文化的力量,把企业关系变成熟人关系、朋友关系甚至兄弟关系,这类社会组织(以民间商会为代表)可以在一定程度上增强民营企业家之间的信任感,且在降低民营企业融资道德风险的同时还能促进其融资能力的提升。

The difficult financing in SMEs is always a problem in China's economy.Besides the limitation from external environment,private SMEs'dishonest behavior is also to blame.In recent years,a large number of social organizations spring up,which turn enterprises relationship into social acquaintance or into friendship,and even brotherhood with the force of the traditional culture.This type of social organizations,such as civilian chamber of commerce,can not only increase the sense of trust among private entrepreneurs,but also decrease the ethic risk in private SMEs' financing as well as improve the financing capacity to some degree.
