Analysis for Improving Organizing Capacity of Primary-level Party Organization in Colleges and Universities

高校基层党组织作为高校进行思想政治工作、贯彻立德树人目标的重要依托,提升其组织力意义重大。组织力是对党员和群众进行领导、管理、监督和服务的能力,是完成党组织应有职责和任务的能力。新时期,高校基层党组织书记配备不强、党组织机构设置缺乏灵活性、党务与业务工作融合度不够、党组织活动流于形式等问题依然存在。应培养"复合型"党支部书记队伍,创新党组织工作机制,加深党务与业务工作的融合,增强党员和群众对组织的认同感、归属感,从而提升党组织组织力,提高党组织活动的实效性。

Primary-level party organization in colleges and universities is an important basis for colleges and universities to conduct ideological and political work and implement aims of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.It is of great significance to improve organizing capacity of primary-level party organization in colleges and universities.Organizing capacity is the capacity to lead,manage,supervise and serve party members and masses as well as the capacity to complete the due responsibilities and tasks of the party organization.In new period,there are still problems,such as poor equipment of secretary of primary-level party organization in colleges and universities,party organization activity in narrow coverage,party work and operation work in bad fusion degree,party organization working in low effectiveness.It needs to train "compound type" of party branch secretaries,innovate party organization working mechanism,strengthen fusion of party work and operation work,enhance acceptance and belonging of party members and masses to party organization,in order to improve organizing capacity of party organization and effectiveness of party organization activity.
