BFRP格栅/改性MMA树脂混凝土复合增强RC梁抗弯力学性能 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究BFRP格栅增强MMA树脂混凝土(BFRP-MMA)复合加固RC梁的抗弯力学性能、破坏形态及抗弯承载力计算方法,分别采用MMA树脂混凝土、普通环氧树脂混凝土以及两者与BFRP格栅的复合材料对RC梁进行了抗弯加固并进行了4点抗弯承载力静载试验。试验结果表明:BFRP-MMA复合材料与RC梁黏结性能良好,其破坏形态表现为BFRP格栅断裂。采用纯改性MMA及BFRP-MMA复合加固RC梁,均可以提高梁的开裂荷载。BFRP-MMA复合加固RC梁的极限抗弯承载力和变性能力相对RC梁分别提高了50.8%和108%。此外,根据建立的抗弯承载力计算方法所得计算值与试验值吻合良好。 To research the flexural mechanical behavior,failure mode and calculation method of BFRP grid reinforced modified MMA resin concrete(BFRP-MMA) strengthening RC beams,MMA modified resin concrete,ordinary resin concrete and BFRP reinforced resin concrete were used to strengthening RC beams and four-point bending test were carried out.The test results indicated that BFRP-MMA and RC beam had good bonding property,and the failure mode appeared as the rupture of FRP grid.The ultimate flexural capability and deformability improved 50.8% and 108%,respectively,compared to RC beam.Besides,the calculated results based on the improved calculation method of flexural capability matched well with the test results.
