尾矿砂充填模袋单轴压缩破坏试验研究

摘要 为探讨充填度、尺寸以及接触面摩擦特性对模袋压缩破坏机制与极限抗压承载力值的影响,取用某矿山工程施工现场的尾矿充填模袋,制成3种充填度、2种高宽比尺寸的模袋。对单个或3个堆叠模袋进行单轴压缩试验研究,试验结果表明:对于模袋的压缩试验,高充填度的模袋体受压破坏主要发生在模袋边缘,低充填度的模袋体受压破坏主要发生在模袋之间的接触面上;尺寸效应上,模袋极限抗压承载力值虽然与模袋高宽比正相关,但单位面积上的极限抗压承载应力值却随着模袋表面积的增加有所降低;试验结果与理论计算值较为吻合,验证了通过理论计算预测模袋极限抗压承载力值的可行性。 In order to investigate the effects of filling degree,size and frictional characteristics of the contact surface on the compression failure mechanism and ultimate compressive strength of the mold bag,we used the tailings to fill the mold bags and made three kinds of filling pockets with two filling dimensions and two aspect ratios.Tailings were taken from the construction site of a mine project.A uniaxial compression test on single or three stacked mold bags were performed.The test results showed that:In the compression test of the mold bag,the compression of the high-filled mold bag mainly occurred at the edge of the mold bag,and the compression of the low-filled mold bag mainly occurred on the contact surface between the mold bags;The size effect showed that the ultimate bearing capacity of the mold bag was positively correlated with the aspect ratio of the bag,but the compressive strength per unit area decreased with the increasing of the surface area of the mold bag;The experimental results were in good agreement with the theoretical calculations,which verified the feasibility of predicting the ultimate bearing capacity of the die bag by theoretical calculation.
