煤矿岩巷爆破掘进大矸的成因分析及控制技术 被引量:4

摘要 岩巷爆破产生大矸石是制约岩巷掘进速度和效率的重要影响因素之一。因此,设计合理的爆破方案对于岩巷掘进十分重要。为了解决寺家庄矿岩巷中深孔快速掘进过程中的大矸与进尺问题,运用LS-DYNA软件建立了直眼掏槽和楔直复合掏槽模型,模拟了被爆岩体中有效应力波传播规律及被爆岩体底部的有效应力分布规律并进行现场实验研究。经过数值模拟分析和现场实验对比得到楔直复合掏槽爆破大矸较少,日进尺更高,加快了巷道掘进速度,对类似硬岩巷道的爆破掘进施工具有参考价值。 Large waste rock produced by rock roadway blasting is one of the significant factors that restrict the speed and efficiency of rock roadway excavation.Straight-hole cutting and wedge-straight composite cutting models is established by LS-DYNA to simulate the effective stress wave propagation law in the blasted rock mass and the effective stress distribution law at the bottom of the blasted rock mass so as to solve the problem of large gangue and footage in the process of fast deep hole driving in the rock roadway of Sijiazhuang mine.Through the numerical simulation analysis and field experiment comparison,it is found that the wedge-straight composite cutting blasting has less large gangue and higher daily footage,which accelerates the tunneling speed and has reference worth about blasting tunneling construction of similar hard rock roadways.
