摘要
为了解决自行车停放难、停放乱、公共空间浪费等问题,设计了一种新型简易的纯机械式自行车停车桩。该停车桩由基桩、停放机构和传动机构三大部分组成,停放机构固定自行车前轮,在传动机构配重块和人力辅助下实现立式停车。停车过程运动学分析表明停车桩结构设计合理,根据多组不同车型立式停车驱动力测量实验,确定了停车桩配重块的质量,保证了自行车停车桩的通用性。
In order to solve the problems of difficulty in bicycle parking,parking disorder,space waste,etc.a new simple mechanical bicycle parking pile was designed.The bicycle parking pile is composed of three parts:a foundation pile,a parking mechanism and a transmission mechanism.The parking mechanism fixes the front wheel of the bicycle,and realizes vertical parking under the weight of the transmission mechanism and human assistance.The kinematics analysis of the parking process proves the reasonability and feasibility of the structure design of the parking pile.The mass of the counterweight of the parking pile was determined through the driving force measurement experiment of multiple sets of different bicycles,thereby ensuring the versatility of bicycle parking piles.
