无醛地板基材分层鼓泡原因分析及改进措施

Analysis of the Causes of Layered Blistering of Aldehyde-free Floor Base Material and Improvement Measures

生产无醛地板基材时板材容易分层鼓泡,其影响了生产的连续性及产品的二次加工,还会导致产品压贴后开裂。分析了无醛地板基材生产过程中分层鼓泡的原因,并提出了相应的技术改进措施;改进后的板材分层鼓泡现象大量减少,分层鼓泡的板材所占比例由5.61%降低到0.47%,按年生产量20000m^3计算,每年增加合格板1028m^3,经济效益增长8%。

As the aldehyde-free floor base material manufactured by our company is prone to layered blistering,which affects the continuity of production and the secondary processing of products and causes cracks after products being pressed,we analyzed the causes of layered blistering of aldehyde-free floor base materials in the production process and put forward corresponding technical improvement measures.The number of layered bubbles of the improved boards was decreased significantly after improvement,from 5.61 % to 0.47 %.The annual production output of the company is about 20 000 m^3,and the number of qualified boards is increased by 1 028 m^3 per year,realizing an economic benefit increase of 8 %.
