由于宁夏不动产登记业务系统基本做到了全自治区统一,也有统一的电子政务公共云平台、统一的政务大数据交换平台,基于这些平台打造的"宁夏不动产互联网受理系统",有一定的借鉴和示范意义。本文主要介绍了宁夏不动产登记系统的现状以及存在的问题,以及宁夏不动产互联网受理系统的技术路线、系统架构以及系统功能。

Because the regional scope of Ningxia is small,so the real estate registration business system has basically achieved a unified self-made area,but also a unified e-government cloud platform,a unified government data exchange platform,we based on these platforms to build the "Ningxia Real estate Internet Acceptance System",has a certain reference and demonstration significance.This paper mainly introduces the present situation and existing problems of real estate registration system in Ningxia,as well as the technical route,system architecture and system function of real estate internet receiving system in Ningxia.
