基于灌溉条件的作物生产潜力内插方法研究——以河北省为例

摘要 作物生产潜力指数是耕地分等评价体系中的重要参数,《农用地质量分等规程》(GB/T28407-2012)中给出了全国各县级行政区指定作物的光温生产潜力指数和气候生产潜力指数,并规定光温生产潜力指数适用于水田和灌溉条件充分满足的水浇地,气候生产潜力指数适用于无灌溉条件的旱地,对于灌溉条件不能充分满足作物生长需要的水浇地,可以按灌溉保证率对作物光温生产潜力指数和气候生产潜力指数进行内插获得作物生产潜力指数,或在农用地质量分等因素中,合理确定灌溉保证率的权重,在农用地分等实际工作中普遍采用了后一种测算方法。本文为了验证两种方法计算结果的差异性,以河北省为例,基于灌溉保证率与粮食产量调查数据,以标准耕作制度二级区为单位测算生产潜力折算系数,并采用折算后的生产潜力重新评价全省耕地等别,与原等别评价结果进行对比,分析等别变化。研究结果表明,采用该方法测算的耕地等别与原等别评价结果总体分布趋势一致。 Crop potential productivity is an important parameter in the evaluation system of cultivated land classification.The Regulation for Gradation on Agriculture Land Quality (GB/T 28407-2012) gives the solar and temperature potential productivity and the climate potential productivity of designated crops in the county-level administrative regions of the country,and stipulates that the solar and temperature potential productivity is applicable to paddy fields and irrigated land with adequate irrigation conditions,and the climate potential productivity is applicable to dry land without irrigation conditions.For irrigated land where irrigation conditions cannot fully meet the crop growth needs,the solar and temperature potential productivity and the climate potential productivity can be interpolated according to the irrigation guarantee rate to obtain the crop production potential index,or reasonably determining the weight of the irrigation guarantee rate in the agricultural land quality classification factors.The latter method of measurement is commonly used in the actual work of agricultural land classification.In order to verify the difference between the calculation results of the two methods,this paper takes Hebei Province as an example,based on the irrigation guarantee rate and the grain yield survey data.The production potential conversion coefficient is measured in the second-level area of the standard farming system,and the production potential after conversion is adopted to re-evaluating the classes of the province's cultivated land,which is used to compare with the original evaluation results,to analyze the changes of cultivated land classes.The research results show that the cultivated land level measured by this method is consistent with the overall distribution trend of the original evaluation results.
