摘要
某公司加氢改质装置以催化裂化柴油和直馏柴油为原料,因腐蚀问题造成装置多次停工,影响装置安全运行。为了摸清装置的腐蚀状况,2016年对该装置组织了腐蚀检查,结果表明:湿硫化氢腐蚀、保温层下腐蚀、冲刷腐蚀及垢下腐蚀是导致该装置停工的主要原因。针对腐蚀问题,制定了防腐蚀措施。
Catalytic diesel and straight-run diesel were used as raw materials in a hydro-upgrading unit. Due to corrosion, the device was shut down many times, which affected the safe operation. In order to confirm the corrosion status of the unit, corrosion inspection was carried out in 2016. The results showed that shutdown was mainly caused by wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion, corrosion under insulation, erosion corrosion and corrosion under scale. Furthermore, several protection measures were put forward.
