摘要
结合压力管道安装、鉴定、评审、监督和抽查中发现的问题,从包括开工资料和竣工资料审查、材料检验、焊接和无损检测,支吊架、膨胀节及阀门检验与安装,强度试验及吹扫脱脂等方面考虑,对压力管道安装过程中存在的问题进行梳理和分析,旨在提高管道安装质量,同时对施工单位和监督检验人员有一定的借鉴意义。
Combined with matters found in the processes of installation, appraisal, evaluation, supervision and spot check, problems in the installation process were sorted out and analyzed based on the completion data, commencement data, material inspection, welding, nondestructive testing, inspection and installation of support and hanger, expansion joint and valve, strength test, blowing and degreasing, with the aim to improve the pipeline construction quality and provide a reference for construction units as well as supervisors and inspectors.
