海洋平台水上钻采装备涂装防腐蚀技术 被引量:2

Application of Anti-corrosion Coating Technology on Offshore Drilling and Production Equipment

摘要 分析了海洋平台水上钻采装备面临的腐蚀环境。从设备防腐蚀需求角度出发,列举了几种典型的涂装配套方案及涂层干膜厚度,并从涂装前表面处理和涂装施工环境两个方面阐述了影响涂层质量的关键控制因素,提出了涂层质量检验的判定标准。 The corrosion environment of offshore drilling and production equipment was analyzed, and several typical coating schemes and dry film thickness were listed according to the requirements of equipment anti?corrosion. Key control factors affecting coating quality were put forward from the aspects of surface treatment before coating and coating construction environment, as well as the criteria for coating quality inspection and determination.
