摘要
化工工业大气和海洋大气盐雾会对沿海炼化企业的钢结构造成腐蚀。某炼化企业聚丙烯库房的彩钢瓦因化工大气腐蚀和盐雾腐蚀导致局部腐蚀和漏水,进而影响正常生产。通过对比施工条件、安全因素、施工工期、费用和使用年限等因素,最终选择喷涂单组分聚脲的施工方案,抑制了彩钢瓦的腐蚀。
Chemical atmosphere and salt fog of marine atmosphere tend to bring about corrosion in steel structures of coastal refineries. Localized corrosion and water leakage occurred on tiles in polypropylene warehouse of a refinery due to atmospheric corrosion and salt spray corrosion, which affected normal production. By comparing construction conditions, safety factors, construction periods, costs and service life, construction scheme of spraying single component polyurea was chosen to restrain tile corrosion.
