摘要
论文主要围绕智慧城市顶层规划,对智慧城市与产业新城的重要性进行了介绍,并重点探讨了基于产城融合的产业新城智慧城市顶层规划指导思想、方法、技术模型架构。
This paper mainly focuses on Top-Level planning of smart city,especially on the guideline,method,model construction in combination of industry and city,and briefly introduces the importance of smart city and industrial-new town.
