基于湘潭市城市总体规划下城正街街景更新策略

Based on Xiangtan City Overall Planning Downtown Street Renewal Strategy

针对湘潭市城正街历史街区的改造,通过调研走访,总结其现状存在的问题;在湘潭市总体规划下从街巷总体风貌、空间尺度格局以及景观环境风因素对城正街进行景观更新,在改造中提升居民生活品质、提高城市认同感与个性,延续历史文化,从而在精神上保护传统街区完整性,在物质上城市可持续发展。

This paper aims at the reconstruction of chengzheng street historical block in xiangtan city,and summarizes the existing problems through investigation and visit.In xiangtan city planning from the streets under the overall style,space scale pattern and landscape environment factors on the wind city main street landscape update,upgrade the quality of life of residents in the reform,improve the urban identity and personality,continuation of history and culture,as to protect traditional blocks on the spirit of integrity,urban sustainable development on the matter.
