基于空间句法的大学城公共服务设施布局研究——以昆明市呈贡区大学城片区为例

Research on Public Service Facilities Layout in University Town Based on Spatial Syntax——Taking Chenggong University Town of Kunming City as an Example

基于空间句法相关概念及方法,以大学城公共服务设施布局为研究对象,使用轴线法提取呈贡大学城路网轴线图,进行整合度与协同度分析,并通过实地调研与发放问卷,得出呈贡大学城公共服务设施布局形态。参照大学城的设立初衷,发现呈贡大学城公共服务设施布局存在问题,其难以实现校园与公共服务设施的共享,即大学城不能很好地与城市融合,不能起到对城市经济、社会的催化作用。并基于此对未来大学城的发展与规划提出合理化建议。

Based on the concepts and methods of spatial syntax,taking the layout of public service facilities in Chenggong University City as the research object,the axis map of the road network of Chenggong University City is extracted by the axis method,and the integration and coordination degree are analyzed.Through field investigation and questionnaire,the layout form of public service facilities in Chenggong University City is obtained.Referring to the original intention of the establishment of the University Town,we find that there are problems in the layout of public service facilities in Chenggong University Town.It is difficult to realize the sharing of campus and public service facilities.That is to say,the University Town can not integrate well with the city and can not play a catalytic role in urban economy and society.Based on this,some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the future development and planning of University town.
