安全合理、运行可靠的电气系统设计是一切智能化管理系统的基础,不管是物业管理系统还是安防系统、智能化集成控制系统等,都需要以电气系统为依托。论文在传统设计领域(变压器、火灾监测、防雷接地等)及绿色节能、多功能集成等方面阐述了智能化小区建设不断发展对电气工程设计工作提出的新的要求。

Safe and reasonable,reliable operation of the electrical system design is the basis of all intelligent management systems,whether it is a property management system or security system,intelligent integrated control system,etc.,need to rely on the electrical system.In the traditional design field(transformer,fire monitoring,lightning protection grounding,etc.) and green energy saving,multi-functional integration,etc.,this paper expounds the new requirements for the development of intelligent community construction to the electrical engineering design work.
