建筑工人不安全行为意向影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Unsafe Behavioral Intention of Construction Workers

为合理有效避免建筑工人的不安全行为,文章以深圳惠州两地336名建筑工人为调研对象,对计划行为理论进行扩展,提出工人不安全行为意向影响因素的研究假设,建立不安全行为意向影响因素结构方程模型。模型验证表明建筑工人不安全行为意向直接影响最大的是行为态度、间接影响最大的是过去行为;建筑工人不安全行为意向的形成关键路径为"风险感知→行为态度→不安全行为意向"。

In order to reasonably and effectively avoid the unsafe behavior of construction workers,this paper takes 336 construction workers in Guangdong Province as the research object,proposes the research hypothesis of the influencing factors of workers’ unsafe behavior intention based on the extended plan behavior theory,and establishes the structural equation of the influencing factors of unsafe behavior intention.model.The model verification shows that the direct influence of construction workers’ unsafe behavior intention is the behavioral attitude,and the indirect impact is the past behavior.The key path of construction workers’ unsafe behavior intention is "risk perception → behavioral attitude → no Safe behavior intentions."
