摘要
面向大规模联合作战指挥的兵力投送需求,分析了美军运输司令部组织及全球运输网系统等情况,提出了运输投送筹划指挥及仿真模拟信息系统的系统组成及其架构。首先,介绍了运输投送的情况研判、方案制定、方案推演、仿真评估及模拟演练模块功能;然后,梳理了综合运输自动方式分担、多式联运综合运输规划、多部队多目标运输优化、多单位多批次运输投送推演仿真及战略投送能力评估指标体系5项关键技术;最后,给出了系统使用模式。
Aimed at the force delivery requirement of the large-scale joint operation command,the organizations of the U.S.military transportation command and the global transportation network system are analyzed,and the composition and framework of the transportation and delivery planning command and simulation information system are proposed.Firstly,the functional modules of the situation judgment,the scheme design,the scheme deduction,the simulation assessment,and the simulation exercises of the transportation delivery are introduced.Then,five key techniques are summarized,including the automatic mode sharing of combined transportation,the integrated transport planning of multimodal transportation,the transportation optimization of multiple forces and multiple targets,the transportation delivery deduction simulation of multiple units and multiple batches,and the evaluation indicator system of strategic delivery capability.Finally,the system application mode is described.
