2015年8月,中央全面深化改革领导小组会议审议通过《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》,对高校图书馆创新建设体系产生深远影响.研究高校图书馆创客空间典型模式及成功经验,以“双一流”具体任务为指导,强化“创客空间”在学科专业人才建设、创新人才发掘培养、提升创新服务水平、传承创新文化、推进成果转化五方面的策略,健全完善“创客空间”机制,使之成为支持、推动高校“双一流”建设不可或缺的持续力量.
