酸化缓蚀剂BCB的研制及性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 以苯甲醛、苯乙酮和甲醛作为反应物,合成了2-苯甲酰基-3-羟基-3-苯基-1-丙烯(BHPP)。利用静态失重法评价了缓蚀剂BCB中曼尼希碱化合物3-环己胺基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(CAPP)、BHPP及增效剂丁炔二醇加量对其性能的影响。以N80钢片在BCB质量分数为1%、温度90℃、质量分数20%的HCl中的腐蚀速率为考察指标,通过正交试验得到的BCB优化配方为:CAPP质量分数4%、BHPP质量分数3%、丁炔二醇质量分数3%,配制的BCB缓蚀剂的腐蚀速率为1.9255g·/(m^2·h)。电化学测试、SEM形貌及表面分析表明:BCB复合缓蚀剂能够在钢片表面吸附成膜,吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附,属于自发、放热、熵增反应,是抑制阳极型缓蚀剂。 2-Benzoyl-3-hydroxy-3-phenyl-1-propene (BHPP) was synthesized using benzaldehyde,acetophenone and formaldehyde as reactants.The effect of the dosage of Mannich base compound 3-cyclohexylamino-1-phenyl-1-propanone (CAPP),BHPP and synergist butynediol on the performance of corrosion inhibitor BCB was evaluated by static weight loss method.Takingthe corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet in HCl of 20%(mass fraction)with BCB of 1%(mass fraction) at 90 ℃ as investigation indicator,the optimum formula of BCB was obtained by orthogonal tests:the mass fraction of CAPP is 4%,the mass fraction of BHPP is 3%,and the mass fraction ofbutanediol is 3%.The corrosion rate of the prepared BCB corrosion inhibitor is 1.925 5 g/(m^2·h).Electrochemical test,SEM morphology and surface analysis show that BCB composite corrosion inhibitor can be adsorbed on the surface of steel sheet to form film.The adsorption process conforms to Langmuir adsorption and belongs to spontaneous,exothermic and entropy-increasing reaction.BCB is an anode inhibiting corrosion inhibitor.
