护理研究生科研能力及其影响因素分析

Nursing Research Capacity and Influencing Factors among Nursing Graduate Students

目的了解全日制护理研究生科研能力及其影响因素,为提高护理研究生的科研能力提供依据。方法采用护理人员科研能力自评量表、一般资料调查表和科研相关问卷对120名护理学硕士研究生进行调查。结果护理研究生的科研能力总分为(65.73±19.49)分,影响护理研究生科研能力的因素为年级、参加科研学术交流会的频次和查阅文献的频次(P<0.01)。结论护理研究生的整体科研能力处于中等水平,特别是问题发现能力较为欠缺,学校应尽早对护理研究生进行科研教育、定期举办科研学术交流会,以提高护理学硕士研究生的科研能力。

Objective To investigate the nursing research capacity and influencing factors among nursing graduate students,and provide information for reform of nursing education.Methods Totally 120 nursing graduate students were investigate with a questionnaire of general information and scientific research capacity self-assessment.Results The mean score of nursing graduate students research capacity was(65.73±19.49)points.The influencing factors of nursing graduate students research capacity were the grade,frequencies of review of literatures,academic exchanges(P<0.01).Conclusion The scientific research capacity of nursing graduate students was in a medium level,especially the ability to find problems was relatively poor.Educators should train nursing graduate students research capacity as early as possible,regularly organize academic exchange,improve the scientific research capacity of nursing graduate students.
