摘要
目的探究基于持续质量改进的医护一体化管理模式对日间病房满意度的影响。方法随机抽取该院2018年1—12月收入患者共计360例,按照随机数字排列表法分为两组,各180例,对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组采取基于持续质量改进的医护一体化管理模式,比较两组管理效果。结果观察组术前等待时间、出院等待时间短于对照组,知识技能、医护合作协调性得分高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于持续质量改进医护一体化管理模式应用于日间病房,能提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the impact of CQI (continuous quality improvement)-based doctor-nurse integrated management models on patient’s satisfaction in the daily-care unit.Methods A total of 360 patients admitted from January to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,180 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional management;while the observation group was treated with CQI-based doctor-nurse integrated management.The management effect was assessed.Results The scores of service attitude,knowledge and skills,doctor-nurse collaboration and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CQI-based doctor-nurse integrated management can improve the patient’s satisfaction in the daily-care unit.It is worthy of promotion.
