持续质量改进护理对颈椎骨折患者恢复效果的影响

目的探讨持续质量改进护理对颈椎骨折患者恢复效果的影响。方法纳入该院在2017年11月—2018年11月收治的90例颈椎骨折患者,将其分成对照组45例和研究组45例,分别给予开展常规护理和持续治疗质量改进管理,评估管理效果。结果两组护理管理后的疼痛、负性情绪评分均低于管理前,且研究组的各项指标低于对照组,其并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进护理可提高颈椎骨折患者的恢复效果,在临床值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement nursing on the recovery of patients with cervical spine fracture.Methods Ninety patients with cervical spine fracture admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were divided into control group (45 cases) and research group (45 cases).They were given routine nursing and continuous treatment quality improvement management respectively to evaluate the management effect.Results The scores of pain and negative emotion after nursing management in both groups were lower than those before nursing management,and the indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement nursing can improve the recovery effect of patients with cervical spine fracture,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
