连续性综合护理对改善老年髋部骨折患者功能恢复效果评价

Evaluation of Continuous Comprehensive Nursing to Improve Functional Recovery of Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的评价连续性综合护理对改善老年髋部骨折患者功能恢复效果。方法选取2015年3月—2018年7月102例老年髋部骨折患者,将其随机分为两组各51例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用连续性综合护理,比较护理前后两组患者髋关节功能评分和治疗效果。结果护理后观察组髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),优良率(92.16%)高于对照组(74.51%)(P<0.05)。结论对老年髋部骨折患者实施连续性综合护理可有效促进患者髋关节功能恢复,预后良好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous comprehensive nursing on functional recovery of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with hip fracture from March 2015 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous comprehensive nursing.The hip function score and therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the hip function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the excellent and good rate (92.16%) was higher than that of the control group (74.51%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture can effectively promote the recovery of hip function,which has a good prognosis.
