摘要
该文从行政科室工作人员的特点来讨论此类人员的激励问题,结合目前存在的问题进行讨论和研究,采用物质激励结合精神激励的方法来对行政人员进行激励,激发行政科室工作人员的工作积极性及主动性,调动员工的工作热情,提高员工的工作效率,加强各部门之间的协调与合作,以便更好地为临床科室服务,推动医院的进一步发展。
This article focus on the characteristic of administrative employee to discuss employee motivation.It is based on current problems of administrative employee.Material incentives combined with spiritual incentives were used to encourage executives,motivate the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff of the administrative departments,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve the efficiency of employees,and strengthen coordination and cooperation between various departments.In order to better serve the clinical department and promote the further development of the hospital.
