磷酸镁水泥砂浆配合比研究

摘要 通过改变硼砂用量、磷酸二氢铵和氧化镁比值(P/M)、水胶比(W/B),分别研究各因素对磷酸镁水泥砂浆性能的影响。研究结果表明:磷酸镁水泥砂浆的强度随着硼砂用量、W/B的增加而减小,随着P/M的增加而增大;流动度随着硼砂用量、P/M、W/B的增加而增大。在试验范围内,硼砂用量掺量为2.15%,P/M为0.3%,W/B为0.16%,试件的流动性及强度为最佳。 The infuence of borax dosages, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,magnesium oxide ratio(P/M) and water cement ratio (W/B) on the performance of magnesium phosphate cement mortar was studied. The results showed that the strength of magnesium phosphate cement mortar decreases with the increase of borax dosages and W/B,and increases with the increase of P/M.Fluidity increased with the increase of borax dosage P/M and W/B.Within the test range,the dosage of borax was 2.15%,PIM was 0.3%,WB was 0.16%,and the fluidity and strength of the test specimen were the best.
