摘要
针对修补砂浆易开裂的问题,考察并比较了六种市售国外减缩剂对修补砂浆性能的施工性能、力学性能和减缩性能的影响。结果表明六种减缩剂均能够大幅度减小修补砂浆的自由干燥收缩值,减缩剂对修补砂浆的施工性能,力学性能均有十分显著的影响,添加1%DSR-460时,综合性能为最优。
To solve the cracking problem of repairing mortar,the workability,mechanical properties and shrinkage-reducing performance of six types of commercially available shrinkage-reducing agent in repairing mortar have been studied.The results revealed that six types of shrinkage-reducing agent could reduce the shrinkage rate of repairing mortar sharply.Also,shrinkage-reducing agent had remarkable effect to the workability and mechanical properties of repairing mortar.The comprehensive performance was the best with the addition of 1% DSR-460 to the recipe of repairing mortar.
