摘要
随着勘探开发的不断深入,钻探目标地质条件日趋复杂多样,各类风险频发。为确保安全高效钻井,针对钻井施工风险,开发了钻柱摩阻跟踪、地层压力预测和钻井时效分析3个监测功能模块,制定了钻前风险预测、钻中风险监测和钻后风险总结的井筒风险录井评价技术方案,并系统阐述了该项技术的研发设计和实际应用。井场应用效果表明,该项技术对于分析区域钻井施工风险、预防和减少钻井施工复杂情况和事故发生、评价钻井效率及保障钻井安全起到了重要作用。
With the deepening of exploration and development, the geologic conditions of the prospects to drill are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, and various risks occur frequently. In order to ensure safe and efficient drilling, three monitoring modules, namely, drill string friction tracking, formation pressure prediction and drilling time analysis, were developed for the risk of drilling construction. The concrete and feasible wellbore risk mud logging evaluation technology scheme of pre-drilling, in-drilling risk prediction and post-drilling risk summary was formulated, and the research and development design and practical application of this technology were expounded systematically. Well site application results show that this technology plays an important role in analyzing regional drilling construction risks, preventing and reducing drilling construction complications and accidents, evaluating drilling efficiency and ensuring drilling safety.
