纳美芬联合醒脑静治疗急性酒精中毒的Meta分析

The efficacy of Nalmefene combined with Xingnaojing injection in severe alcoholism:A Meta-analysis

目的探究纳美芬联合醒脑静与纳美芬或纳洛酮相比治疗急性酒精中毒的临床效果。方法检索PubMed、EMBASE、CochraneLibrary、中国知网、维普和万方等数据库,收集建库至2018年11月12日间的研究纳美芬联合醒脑静对治疗急性酒精中毒患者的随机对照试验研究(Randomized controlledtrial,RCT)资料,采用ReviewManger5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入7个RCT,共697例患者。Meta分析结果显示,应用西医常规+纳美芬+醒脑静和应用西医常规+纳美芬/纳洛酮相比较,总有效率更高;苏醒时间及症状消失时间更短;头晕头痛、呕吐及全身乏力发生率更低。结论应用西医常规+纳美芬+醒脑静治疗急性酒精中毒,优于应用西医常规+纳美芬/纳洛酮,其苏醒时间更短,症状消失时间更短,头痛头晕、恶心呕吐、全身乏力等不良反应发生率更低,可以更好地应用于临床治疗急性酒精中毒患者。但本研究仍存在一定局限性,结论仍需高质量的临床试验研究加以验证。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Nalmefene combined with Xingnaojing injection by comparing with Nalmefene or Naloxone in treating acute severe alcoholism. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCRs) about Nalmefene combined with Xingnaojing injection in treating acute severe alcoholism were retrieved in PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP, and Wan Fang Data up to November 12, 2018. A meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of seven RCTs involving 697 patients was finally included. Compare with Nalmefene or Naloxone treatment, the results of Meta-analysis showed that Nalmefene combined with Xingnaojing injection treatment was more efficient and could shorten the time of consciousness awareness. Results showed that the disappearance of symptoms was shorten, and the incidence of dizziness and headache, nausea and vomiting, malaise were lower after the treating of Nalmefene combined with Xingnaojing injection. Conclusion In the treatment of acute severe alcoholism, combining Nalmefene with Xingnaojing injection was better than Nalmefene or Naloxone in shorten the time of consciousness awareness and symptoms disappearance. The headache, dizziness, vomiting, nausea, general malaise and other adverse reactions had a lower incidence. It could be better applied to patients with acute alcoholism. However, there were still some limitations in this study, and the conclusion still need to be verified by high-quality clinical trial research.
