淤泥固化技术在深厚淤泥地基处理中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 依托于浙江省某围垦工程海堤淤泥地基土固化案例,对淤泥固化技术中固化剂成分配比、固化剂掺量以及施工中的关键技术参数等进行了分析总结。分别基于现场正交试验和室内平行试验研究,对固化剂中主要配方,如水泥、粉煤灰、石膏、石灰、减水剂以及三乙醇胺等掺量进行了试验研究,绘制了各配方掺量(质量比)与淤泥固化土无侧限抗压强度之间的敏感关系曲线。认为水泥、粉煤灰两种胶凝材料的掺量与固化土无侧限抗压强度之间呈正相关关系,而石膏、石灰和减水剂等掺量存在最优掺量值。根据试验成果,确定依托工程中固化剂掺量为15%,并合理控制各配方掺量比,以充分发挥固化土强度。通过对28 d龄期固化土钻芯取样分析,认为固化土28 d无侧限抗压强度不小于1.0 MPa,满足设计要求。 Based on the application of silt curing technology in the treatment of seawall silt foundation in a reclamation project in Zhejiang Province,the mix proportion of curing agent,the mixing amount of curing agent and the key construction parameters of sludge solidification technology are summarized. Based on field orthogonal tests and indoor tests,the sensitivity curves between cementing agent (cement,fly ash,gypsum,lime,water reducing agent and Triethanolamine) and the unconfined compressive strength of sludge solidified soil are plotted. It is found that the mixing amount of cement and fly ash has a positive correlation with the unconfined compressive strength of sludge solidified soil,while the gypsum,lime and water reducing agent has best mixing content. According to test results,the amount of curing agent in actual project is determined to be 15%,and the mix proportion is reasonably controlled. The core samplings of 28d-age solidified soil are analyzed,and show that the unconfined compressive strength of 28d-age solidified soil is not less than 1.0 MPa,which meets design requirements.
