摘要
基于载荷谱对地铁车辆转向架构架进行了寿命预测及可靠性评价,建立了疲劳强度可靠性模型并进行了试验验证,结果表明该模型可用于预测不同服役寿命下构架焊缝结构的可靠度。
The service life and reliability predition are carried out on bogie frames of metro vehicles on the basis of load spectrum. The reliability model of fatigue strength is established and verified by testing. The result shows that the model can be used to predict the reliability of bogie weld structure with different service lives.
