主要发达国家创新人才发展特色研究

Research on the development characteristics of innovative talents in the major developed countries

各国间经济、科技的竞争与较量,归根到底是人才的竞争,我国处于经济转型升级、新旧动能转换的关键时期,创新人才需求旺盛。主要发达国家凭借良好的科研环境和较为成熟的教育制度,成为创新人才的集聚地,这些国家通过增加投入、调整政策制度、改善创新环境等措施,强化对创新人才的培养与开发。文章研究主要发达国家创新人才发展特色,总结经验及特点,期望为我国创新人才发展提供参考和借鉴。

The competition and comparision among the countries in economy and technology is ultimately the competition for talents. China is in a critical period of economic transformation and upgrading, new and old kinetic energy transformation, the demand for innovative talents is large. The major developed countries have become the hubs for the innovative talents by virtue of their sound scientific research environment and mature education system. These countries have strengthened the cultivation and development of innovative talents by increasing investment, adjusting policies and systems, improving innovation environment and other measures. This paper mainly studies the characteristics of innovative talents development in the major developed countries, sums up the experience and characteristics, to provide reference for the development of innovative talents in China.
