Research on evaluation model of total citation frequency of periodicals based on block Chain

期刊总被引频次是评价期刊学术地位和受重视程度的重要指标,但有多种因素导致该指标的统计差异。因此,文章系统探讨了期刊总被引频次存在差异的现象、弊端,引入基于区块链的去中心化理念,以构建科学规范的期刊总被引评价模型,为学术机构以及期刊评价机构的决策管理提供借鉴和参考。

The total citation frequency of periodicals is an important index to evaluate the academic status and importance of periodicals, but there are many factors leading to the statistical differences of the index. Therefore, this paper discusses the phenomena and drawbacks of the differences in the total citation frequency of periodicals and introduces the concept of decentralization based on block chain to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation model of periodical total citation and provide reference for decision- making management of academic institutions and periodical evaluation institutions.
