摘要
高职院校社团工作品牌化建设是推动社团工作创新发展、提高社团科学化水平的有效途径。作为高职院校校园文化建设的战斗堡垒——学生社团,对实践育人工作起到了重要推动作用,志愿服务活动作为实践育人的主要形式,逐渐成为高职院校培养学生社会实践能力必不可少的手段以及帮助大学生实现自我价值的重要方式。文章将品牌理念植入高职院校社团育人工作,以我校青年志愿者协会的发展过程为例,探析社团育人的品牌化建设路径、品牌化建设、项目化管理、目标化要求。建设社团工作特色品牌,对于开创高职院校社团育人工作新模式具有重要意义。
Branding construction of group work in higher vocational colleges is an effective way to promote community work innovation and development and to improve the level of scientific community. As the battle fort of higher vocational colleges’cultural construction: Students Association, it plays a significant role in pushing the work of practice education. The volunteer service activities, as the main form of practice education, gradually become a necessary means of cultivating students’social practice ability in higher vocational colleges and an important way to help students practice self value. This article will put the brand concept into community education work in higher vocational colleges, with the development of the youth volunteer association in our school as an example, analyze the branding construction path of community education,branding construction, project management, targeted requirements. Building brand community work characteristics has significance for creating a new model of community education work in higher vocational colleges.
