摘要
通过对中成药制药厂进行清洁生产审核,从原辅材料、能源资源、生产工艺、设备、产品、废弃物、管理和员工8个方面对企业的清洁生产能力进行分析,寻找企业在生产运营过程中存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案,以达到节能、降耗、减排、增效的目的。针对中成药制药过程中乙醇年使用量较大状况,指出增设1套乙醇蒸馏塔不仅能减少乙醇年使用量,还能减少废乙醇排放;通过分析企业用电发现,用能较大的单元主要为制冷系统和空压系统,指出在冬季采用更加节能的风冷系统,用节能型空压机更换旧空压机能够有效降低能耗,减少企业运行成本。
Through conducting an audit of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical factory, its clean production was analysed from the aspects of raw materials, energy resources, production processes, equipment, products, wastes, management and employees. Problems in production and operation process of the enterprise were found out, and corresponding solutions were proposed, so that the targets of energy saving, consumption reduction, emission cut-down and efficiency improvement could be attained. As a great quantity of ethanol was used for extraction in Chinese medicine pharmaceutical process, if an ethanol distillation tower was installed, not only the annual consumption of ethanol could be reduced, but also its exhaust emission could be lessened as well. It was found that refrigeration system and air compressor system were the major power-consuming units. If a more energy-efficient air-cooling system was adopted in winter, and old air compressors were replaced by energy-saving types, the energy consumption could be effectively reduced so as to drop the running cost of the enterprise.
