摘要
目的研究甘松Nardostachys chinensis Batal.的化学成分。方法甘松95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱和半制备液相色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、甘松新酮二醇(2)、(+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol 4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、(+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol 4″-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、咖啡酸(5)、对羟基苯甲醛(6)、异甘松新酮(7)、甘松新酮(8)、5,3′-dihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavanone(9)、7-O-methyl naringenin(10)。结论化合物9~10为首次从甘松属中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Nardostachys chinensis Batal.METHODS The 95% ethanol extract from N. chinensis was isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative chromatography,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol(1), nardosinonediol(2),(+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol 4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol 4″-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4), caffeic acid(5), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(6), isonardosinone(7), nardosinone(8), 5,3′-dihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavanone(9), 7-O-methyl naringenin(10).CONCLUSION Compounds 9-10 are isolated from genus Nardostachys for the first time.
