摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、二硫化碳和氢氧化钠为原料合成了一种重金属捕集剂二硫代羧基化丙烯酰胺(DTAM),以含Cu(Ⅱ)的水样作为考察指标,通过单因素实验法和正交实验法研究了DTAM的制备条件。结果表明,当AM质量分数为3%,n(NaOH)∶n(CS2)∶n(AM)为2∶2∶1,预反应温度为35 ℃,预反应时间为60 min,主反应温度为50 ℃,主反应时间为150 min时,制备的DTAM对Cu(Ⅱ)去除率最高可达97.38%。
A novel heavy metal trapping agent dithiocarboxyl acrylamide(DTAM) was synthesized by using acrylamide, carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. The preparation conditions of DTAM were studied by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment with water samples containing Cu(Ⅱ),respectively. The results showed that the highest removal rate of Cu(Ⅱ) could reach 97.38% when the preparation conditions of DTAM were as follows: the mass fraction of AM was 3%,n(NaOH)∶n(CS2)∶n(AM) was 2:2:1,the pre-reaction temperature was 35 ℃,the pre-reaction time was 60 min,the main reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and the main reaction time was 150 min.
