摘要
通过反相微乳液法制备得到了固含量为40%~50%的P(AM-DMC)反相微乳液,并对产品结构进行了核磁及红外光谱表征。针对SAGD采出液深度处理热石灰软化工艺段污水对产品絮凝性能进行了研究,结果表明P(AM-DMC)反相微乳液具有良好的絮凝效果,优于现场絮凝药剂。阳离子度和相对分子质量分别约为22%和400万时絮凝效果最佳,投加质量浓度为3 mg/L的条件下可大幅度降低混凝剂的投加量,显著降低出水的浊度。
The P(AM-DMC) reverse microemulsion with solid content 40%-50% was synthesized by reverse micro-emulsion polymerization method. The product structure was characterized by 1H NMR and IR. The flocculation property was researched with the SAGD production liquid in the hot lime softening process. The results showed that P(AM-DMC) with 4 million molar mass and 22% cationicity had best flocculation effect,which was better than onsite flocculating agent. When the dosage was 3 mg/L,it could reduce the dosage of coagulant greatly and reduce the turbidity of the effluent significantly.
