摘要 采用喷射沉积浇铸法和粉末冶金挤压法分别制备石墨烯含量为1%、2%的石墨烯铝基材料。对其结构、性能进行分析,发现不规则片层状石墨烯能较均匀地分布在铝基体中,但在铝基材料中碳原子厚度大部分在2~4μm,表明制备过程中石墨烯部分发生了团聚。研究发现,石墨烯添加可改善铝基材料的抗拉强度和伸长率,但石墨烯的加入对铝基材料导电性能有影响,呈下降趋势,趋势平缓。 This is Apaper aimed at Al-based graphene materials fabrication.The Al-based graphene materials with graphene content of 1% and 2% were fabricated respectively by spray deposition casting and powder metallurgy hot extrusion process,and the structure and properties are analyzed.It is found that the irregular lamellar graphene can be symmetrically distributed in the aluminum matrix,but the thickness of the most carbon atoms in the Al-based materials are 2-4 μm,which indicates that there was part of graphene agglomerated during the process.It is also found that graphene can improve the tensile strength and elongation of Al-based materials,meanwhile,there is negative effect on the conductivity of Al -based materials,and the trend is steadily decreasing.
