摘要
由于高校对在校学生职业生涯指导的忽视,以及在校大学生自身的不重视,导致很多大学毕业生面临就业难的问题。本文基于生涯发展理论,建立了大学毕业生就业能力评价指标体系,利用熵值法确定了单项指标体系的权重。实证研究结果表明,大学毕业生就业能力评价影响因素是多元的,各因素的影响程度也不尽相同;在一级指标中,大学生自身因素所占权重最大,权重值为0.346,说明大学生自身的努力程度和就业观念在很大程度上决定着自身的就业能力;在二级指标体系中,权重最大的是职业生涯规划,权重值为0.138,说明明确的职业生涯规划有利于大学毕业生就业能力的提升。
Many university graduates are faced with the problem of employment difficulty due to the neglect of career guidance of university students and the neglect of university students themselves. Based on the theory of career development, this paper establishes the index system of university graduates’employability, and uses the entropy method to determine the weight of each index system. Among the first-level indicators, university students’own factors account for the largest weight, with the weight value of 0.346, indicating that university students’own efforts and employment ideas largely determine their employability. The career planning with the largest weight in the secondary index system has a weight value of 0.138, indicating that a clear career planning is conducive to the improvement of the employability of university graduates.
