摘要
以教师对高校转型的认知、态度与选择为切入点,通过实地采访、问答调查从转型发展的渊源、背景和演进,转型方向、特征和前景,转型发展的瓶颈、障碍和制约因素,转型发展的主体、方式和路径等方面,获得了相关依据,实证分析了吉林省新建本科院校转型发展的路径选择。通过对数据进行统计分析,探究了数字背后隐藏的规律,剖析转型过程中面临的问题,并提出合理化建议。
From the view of teachers’cognition, attitude and choice, through field interviews and questionnaire surveys, the relevant evidences have been obtained from the sources, backgrounds and evolvement of the transformation development, the transformation direction, characteristics and prospects, the bottlenecks, obstacles and constraints of the transformation development, and the subjects, methods and paths of the transformation development, this paper empirically analyzes the path selection of the transformation and development of new undergraduate institutions in Jilin province. Through the analysis of data, this paper explores the underlying laws behind the figures, analyzes the obstacles in the transformation process, and reasonable suggestions have been put forward.
