振动拌和参数对混凝土性能影响试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 由于混合料各组分表面间的粘结力,传统混凝土搅拌方式难以将水泥颗粒搅拌均匀,从而影响混凝土强度及其耐久性。为研究振动搅拌参数对混凝土性能的影响,分别研究了不同振动功率和振动时间对混凝土坍落度、粘聚性、保水性、抗压强度以及其离差系数的影响规律。研究结果表明,混凝土的强度与振动功率、振动时间呈正比,随着振动功率和振动时间的增长,混凝土坍落度有所减小,混凝土流动性能得到改善;离差系数随振动功率、振动时间的增长而有所下降,反映出振动拌合对于混凝土均匀性的改善。 Due to the bonding force between the surfaces of the components of the concrete mixture, it is difficult to stir the cement particles evenly by the conventional concrete mixing method, thereby affecting the strength and durability of the concrete. In order to study the specific influence of vibration mixing parameters on concrete performance, the effects of different vibration power and vibration time on concrete slump, cohesiveness, water retention,compressive strength and its dispersion coefficient were analyzed. The results show that the strength of concrete is proportional to the vibration power and vibration time. With the vibration power and vibration time increase, the concrete slump decreases, and the concrete flow performance improves. The dispersion coefficient increases with vibration power and vibration time. The growth has declined, reflecting the improvement in concrete uniformity due to vibration mixing.
