基于“空间句法”的工业建筑遗产空间再生评价研究——以沈阳市“铁西1905文化创意园”为例

RESEARCH ON SPATIAL REGENERATION EVALUATION OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING HERITAGE BASED ON “SPACE SYNTAX”——TAKING TIE XI 1905 CULTURAL AND CREATIVE PARK IN SHENYANG AS AN EXAMPLE

研究提出了"空间句法"应用于工业建筑遗产空间再生评价的基本思路,以沈阳市"铁西1905文化创意园"为例,梳理总结了该建筑的发展演变概况,并对建筑空间布局和流线进行了初步分析。进而,应用"空间句法"中的"凸空间"分析法,对改造后的建筑各层空间分别进行凸空间划分,按照空间布局及连接关系对凸空间进行连接,生成空间关系图解,据此对建筑空间进行"可达性"与"可理解性"评价。在此基础上,提出空间优化的对策建议。

This paper proposes the basic idea of "space syntax"applied to the evaluation of the space regeneration of industrial building heritage, taking Tie Xi 1905 Cultural and Creative Park in Shenyang as example, it summarizes the development and evolution of the building, and initially analyses the building space layout and fluid line.Furthermore, applying the"convex space"analysis method in"space syntax", the space of each layer of the reconstructed building is separately divided into convex spaces, and the convex spaces are connected according to the spatial layout and the connection relationship, and a spatial relationship diagram is generated,according to which The building space is evaluated for "accessibility"and "understandability". On this basis, the strategies and suggestions of space optimization were put forward.
