智能化视角下的“开源城市”构想

摘要 "开源城市"是当今城市发展的趋势之一。得益于不断进步的科技,"开源城市"从构想走向真正的应用变得更为可能。本文从智能化的视角下对"开源城市"进行研究,论述了新的技术下"开源城市"的特征,并建构了多层级的智能化"开源城市"系统,并从认知、识别、分析、决策、建设、评价等多个层面进行阐释,并提出了未来可期的正向和反向的"开源城市"操作模式,有助于形成城市发展的良性循环,实现城市的自我修复与可持续发展。 "Open source city"is one of the trends of urban development nowadays. Thanks to the improvements of technology, the"open source cities"are becoming more likely to move from the conception to real application. From the perspective of intelligent, this article studies "open source city"and discusses the new features of intelligent"open source city", and constructs a multi-level intelligent "open source city"system, including the cognition, identification, analysis, decision making, construction, evaluation and other multiple levels, and puts forward two kinds of operating mode of the "open source city", which are forward and reverse mode, which will help to form a virtuous circle of the urban development and achieve the self-repairing and the sustainable development of the city.
